Loans Advisor

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Advisor to join our team. As a Loans Advisor, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and promoting the sale of credit and loan services.

• Loan Application Review: Review and evaluate loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Client Support: Assist clients with financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment.
• Credit and Loan Documentation: Complete and process credit and loan documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts, including opening new accounts, providing access to automated banking services, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to determine a client's creditworthiness and ability to repay a loan.
• Marketing and Sales: Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients, ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Environment: The Loans Advisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
• Physical Demands: The Loans Advisor will be required to work in a office environment, with frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
