At Monster Construction Inc. o/a Monster Construction Inc., we are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work outdoors in various locations, often in dusty conditions. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding, with manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude
Work Conditions:

The Construction Labourer will work 30 to 44 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and a safety vest.
