Key Responsibilities
  • \
  • Design and execute cell-based assays to characterize biosimilar products, detect neutralizing antibodies, and develop ligand binding assays to study receptor binding properties of biotherapeutics.\
  • Develop and validate assays to ensure high-quality results and adherence to regulatory requirements.\
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and results.\
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals and objectives.\
  • Troubleshoot assay problems and maintain equipment and quality control standards.

Requirements
  • \
  • Master's degree in Biological Sciences or related field.\
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cell-based assays.\
  • Strong understanding of protein biochemistry, including protein purification, Western blotting, and immunoprecipitation.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex scientific concepts.\
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
