Job Title: Shift Nurse
Location: Mississauga Central West – Brampton, Woodbridge, Caledon, Etobicoke
Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time, and Casual

We are seeking a Shift Nurse (RN or RPN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where flexibility and strong critical thinking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, with a focus on wound management and IV antibiotic administration.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and report to the HCCSS (LHIN).
- Travel between clients, providing care in a variety of settings.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including client updates and supply orders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Identify and resolve problems, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a safe working environment, prioritizing patient and staff safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in community or clinical/hospital settings.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the CNO.
- Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C) certification.
- Mask Fit test.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on patient care and safety.
