Your primary responsibility will be to manage disability claims to resolution, ensuring that employees receive the support they need to recover and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with plan members, plan sponsors, lawyers, healthcare practitioners, and other stakeholders to address workplace absence issues and provide claim status information.

- Engage plan members through open and respectful communication to understand the medical, social, and personal dimensions of their workplace absence.

- Assess claims for benefit entitlement by reviewing contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information.

- Develop and maintain outcome-focused case management plans to help plan members return to work.

- Conduct telephone interviews to obtain information and ensure complete understanding of the absence and types of support required to assist with return-to-work planning.
