About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or repair issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance budget to ensure that it is managed effectively and that costs are minimized.
  • Communicate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of the property are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
