Job Summary

Gpac is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional results on a variety of projects, including higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Collaborate with project team leads to review project proposals and contracts
  • Provide workload forecasting and progress analysis
  • Ensure quality assurance and control programs are effectively implemented
  • Represent the company at meetings with clients and other project stakeholders
  • Mentor staff in all phases of the design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of MEP/HVAC and construction project management experience
  • Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
  • Communication and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Project budgeting skills
  • Able to promptly resolve team management problems
  • Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
  • Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • MEP experience
  • HVAC experience
  • Engineering license preferred
  • PE preferred
