We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Perle Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing end users and VARs, educating clients on the features and benefits of our solutions, handling new leads in a timely fashion, and developing new sales opportunities through outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling networking equipment, with a strong background in closing B2B deals. You will be comfortable demonstrating products with the help of a Sales Engineer and possess outstanding work ethic and communication skills. A senior level position is available, requiring 5-10 years of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with existing end users and VARs to ensure long-term business growth and satisfaction.
- Solution Selling: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our network connectivity solutions, aligning them with their specific needs and goals.
- Lead Handling: Promptly address new leads, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to close sales.
- Sales Development: Proactively develop new sales opportunities through targeted outreach programs, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, tracking and reporting sales performance in a clear and organized manner using Salesforce.
- Prior experience selling networking equipment, preferably with USA customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales roles.
