We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at UMI SUSHI EXPRESS. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
    • Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication

Requirements
