Job Description
  • Attend scheduled events, engage with potential customers, and generate qualified leads for the local office.
  • Work trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, and community events to expand our talented direct sales team's pipeline.
Responsibilities
  1. Exceed issued lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
  2. Interact with potential customers, provide product demonstrations, and utilize high-energy engagement techniques.
  3. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular communication with the manager.
  4. Capture and record show leads for our award-winning products.
  5. Set up and dismantle event booths (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail are essential.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for educating potential customers about our product line.
  • Able to maintain high energy levels throughout extended event periods.
