We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, budgeting, allocation of resources, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results from our clients.

  • You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties involved in the construction project.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Obtain necessary permits from relevant authorities.
  • Determine all required resources (equipment, manpower, materials) while considering budget constraints.
  • Allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff.
  • Supervise the work of all laborers and provide guidance.
  • Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Report and escalate to upper management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Your Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in MSProject.
  • AutoCAD experience is an asset.
  • Extensive experience motivating, leading, and supervising a team of professional staff and contributing to the work of the management team.
  • Excellent time management skills are essential.
