We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canada's Cell Doctor. Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and address supply shortages in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
