About the Role

As an Avionics Installer with Avmax Careers - Canada, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. Reporting directly to the Avionics Manager, you will be responsible for performing maintenance checks and service on Avionics systems, including communications, navigation, autopilot, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and service on Avionics systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair Avionics systems on customer aircraft, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to pilots, ensuring they have the necessary information to operate the aircraft safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Promote company values, vision, and mission, embodying the principles of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Transport Canada Certified AME-E License (asset)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with good quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 3-5 years' experience in the field
