About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Clean Perfect Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the planning and coordination of housekeeping activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
    • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
    • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Supervise maintenance and repair services, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including facilities management, maintenance, and other departments.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with staff, management, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
