Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and assemblies, ensuring they function properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to determine the requirements for repair, and repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults, and test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
  • Quality Control: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, on-site customer service, and service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
