Job Description

**Software Verification Engineer**

We are seeking a skilled Software Verification Engineer to join our team at Codekeeper. As a technical wizard with a flair for problem-solving and a passion for quality software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our customers' software through verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough verification of customer software using provided technical documentation.
  • Execute successful software builds across various programming languages.
  • Identify and diagnose build issues, ensuring software meets quality standards.

Technical Analysis and Problem Solving:

  • Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to understand build processes and dependencies.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and programming languages relevant to software verification.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in backend and frontend development tasks as required.
  • Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development/DevOps experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environment fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of popular backend languages (Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP).
  • Ability to set up and configure Windows servers, as well as servers in GCP/AWS environments.
  • Prior experience or understanding of database- and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL).
  • Basic knowledge of front-end languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of API configuration beneficial.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex software issues.
  • Resourcefulness: The ability to run verifications with a laptop and console, preferably on Mac and Windows.
