Job Title: Meat Cutter

Join Olymel as a Meat Cutter and be part of a dynamic team that produces high-quality meat products. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.

Responsibilities:
  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and dusty environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
