About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on personal and small business banking solutions, including transaction, investment, and financing options.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management best practices.

Requirements:
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence (obtainable within three months of hiring).
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
Language:

French.
