Job Summary:

UPS is seeking a skilled Package Delivery Driver to join our team in Drummondville, Quebec. As a Package Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages in residential areas, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages in residential areas, navigating through maps and reading navigation books
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Meet or exceed daily delivery targets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and maintain a clean and safe vehicle
  • Work independently, managing multiple routes and priorities

Requirements:

  • Valid class 5 driver's license or higher issued in the province of Quebec
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg) without assistance and 150 lbs. (68kg) with assistance
  • Ability to read and navigate with map books
  • Minimum 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Clean Driver's Abstract respecting the following conditions: no at-fault accidents within the last 3 years and no traffic violations within the last 12 months
  • Bilingual

Benefits:

  • Starting hourly rate: $17.00/h + bonus $2.00/h
  • Maximum rate: $32.99/h (probation + 48 month progression)
