Job Title: Client Service Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a supervisory role, leading a multidisciplinary team of Personal Support Workers. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of services provided to the community.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will thrive as a self-starter with minimal supervision. Your ability to work independently while being part of a team is essential. You will be a problem solver at heart, finding solutions to complex cases and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a solid background in healthcare. Comfortable dealing with diverse clients and their unique needs, you will excel in our culture of performance recognition and appreciation. As a member of our Team Made for Caring, you can expect:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of services provided by your team.
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Solve problems creatively, providing top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
  • RN or RPN with active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset.
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
