Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at TAAL FINE INDIAN CUISINE. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meats to order
  • Prepare special cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Train meat cutters
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
  • Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically demanding
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
