We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Bagolac Saigon Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
About the RoleThe Culinary Team Lead will play a key role in the success of our restaurant, overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals, managing inventory and supplies, and training staff to maintain exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Our restaurant is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment, where team members can thrive and reach their full potential.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar position
