Key Responsibilities- Transportation and Delivery: Safely transport vehicles and equipment to various locations, using computer equipment, GPS systems, and other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Security and Safety: Valid passport, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract).
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload.
- Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone.
- Workplace Information: On the road job, with a 35-hour workweek.
- Language: English.
