As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of our residents. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.
About This Role- You will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- You will monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.
- You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
- You will educate residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCN&M).
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
