Job Title: Security Trainer - Northern Peninsula

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Trainer to join our team in the Northern Peninsula region. As a Security Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our security officers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for security officers, including Management of Aggressive Behaviour and First Aid
  • Ensure training materials align with Paladin Security's standards and best practices
  • Maintain certifications and qualifications for instruction
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for course content and offerings
  • Travel to client locations and Paladin Security offices to deliver training
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 diploma plus some post-secondary education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a front-line security capacity or related field
  • Valid First Aid with CPR certification
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
  • Firm knowledge of the Canadian Legal System as it pertains to Security Officers
