Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at Ontario Partners in Health. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and care to clients in long-term care, retirement, and assisted living settings.
About the Role
This is a full-time/part-time opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Initiating and managing assessments and treatment plans for restoring movement/function, orthopaedic conditions, and pain management;
• Providing physiotherapy services to outpatient residents in long-term care, retirement home, and assisted living settings;
• Developing personalized treatment programs that include exercise, manual therapy, and home exercise programs;
• Prescribing and educating clients on the utilization of mobility aids, assistive devices, and other equipment;
• Overseeing Physiotherapy Support Personnel (PTA).
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. You should also have experience supervising support staff, working with the geriatric population, and chronic diseases. Additionally, you must be CPR certified and have strong physical assessment and treatment planning skills. A commitment to best practices, quality, and client-centered care is essential.
Benefits and Salary
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
