About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at QUIZNOS SUB. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in preparing and serving food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Take customers' orders and ensure that orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and manual labor.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
