Aspiring Leader

At Groupe Dynamite Inc., we're seeking an Aspiring Leader to join our team as Co-Manager at the Toronto Premium Outlet location.

The estimated annual salary for this role is CAD $62,112, which includes a competitive base salary and bonus plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits program that meets your needs.

This dynamic role involves promoting a positive omni-channel shopping experience, building loyal client relationships, and achieving outstanding business results through great leadership. As Co-Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching your team members to maximize store profitability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent experience
• Passion for fashion & strong customer orientation
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and adaptability
