Job Title: Recruitment Officer

CAREER CANADA IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of human resources software and Microsoft Office applications.
