About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Gorayaview Construction Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure proper installation.
  • Assistance with Framing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable construction site.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
