Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saskatchewan Corp.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our convenience store, including managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credits policies, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold to meet customer needs and company goals
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or convenience store management role
- Adaptability, analytical, hardworking, proactive, time management, and judgement skills
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced convenience store environment, managing a team of 5-10 staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
