About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Keyholder to join our team at The SPORT Gallery in Toronto. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the gallery and coffee bar, ensuring everything is tidy and set in place. You will provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers about sports, and help them find the perfect item or artwork. Additionally, you will receive new products, add them to our inventory system, and prepare them for sale in-store and online.
Job Responsibilities
- Open and close the gallery and coffee bar, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on products and artwork
- Receive new products, update inventory, and prepare items for sale
- Assist with online orders, preparing them for shipment and ensuring timely delivery
- Develop visually appealing merchandise displays, utilizing knowledge of current and historic sports to create engaging and informative displays
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store or similar environment
- Strong visual merchandising skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a clean workspace
- Sports knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a fun and dynamic work environment, and the chance to work with a talented team of sports enthusiasts.
