We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Unionville College: Montessori, Elementary, & Secondary School. Key Responsibilities- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare proposals and technical documents for construction projects
- Analyze technical reports and documents to inform project decisions
- Assist in supervising construction projects and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Supervise architectural technical staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
- Construct architectural and display models to communicate project designs and ideas
- Assist in design development and ensure that projects meet client requirements and expectations
- Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to communicate project designs and ideas to clients and stakeholders
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements- College/CEGEP education in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
