About the Role

Gensler is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Critical Facilities sector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to meet client and design briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate modeling and documentation activities with project teams
  • Execute modeling and sheet assembly workflows in Revit to generate milestone document sets
  • Work with design teams in Bluebeam to pick up markups, revisions, and changes in project documents
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project objectives
  • Prepare fully-coordinated, technically accurate, and code-compliant construction documents
  • Manage project activities within established timelines and schedules
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Revit required
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field; registered as an Architectural Technologist AIBC preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience as an Architectural Technologist/Job Captain
  • Knowledge of local building codes, AHJ requirements, standards, and building structures
