The Member and Client Experience Associate role revolves around delivering exceptional support to members and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and empowerment. This involves creating a welcoming environment, addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions. The associate promotes cooperative values, supports members with financial products and services, and advises them on available distribution channels.



Key Responsibilities


  • Support members and clients in leveraging existing tools for self-transaction and operation
  • Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery and activities
  • Assist members and clients with fraud or irregularities, monitoring and processing transactions to resolve cases
  • Stay updated on the latest standards, products, and services in the field
  • Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards
