About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Door Installation Specialist to join our team at Investa Custom Homes Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease and precision.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for newcomers and refugees by assisting with immediate settlement needs and recruiting displaced individuals.
  • Support for youths by participating in government or community programs and offering on-the-job training.
  • Support for Indigenous people and visible minorities by participating in relevant programs and initiatives.
Work Environment
  • Construction and renovation settings.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive compensation package.
  • 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
  • English language proficiency is required.
