Senior Business Analyst - International Payments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Canadian Payments Platform and Capabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end business requirements throughout the lifecycle of our projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders from lines of business, technology, operations, and governance & control, always keeping a customer-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end business requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project, working collaboratively with stakeholders from lines of business, technology, operations, and governance & control.
  • Proactively identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Contribute to Change Management deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, change planning, and more.
  • Apply a variety of business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and ensure alignment with business and Enterprise Payments' needs and strategies.
  • Adhere to Enterprise Project Management governance and controls to ensure requirement deliverables meet best practices and standards.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life-cycle.
  • Proven experience in successful requirements delivery for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs/projects.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, adapting style and technique to a diverse audience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, with BA accreditation an asset.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution, particularly in payments-focused roles, is an asset.
