Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Authorize payments, process returns, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve performance.
- Train staff in duties, policies, and procedures to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
