We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Wonderbrands. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in driving daily quality improvement initiatives across our bakery manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency, and collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality deviations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues, and maintain accurate records of quality checks and test results.
  • Participate in daily Quality Huddles, collecting and analyzing relevant samples, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (CFIA, FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC, GFSI) and internal policies, and assist in audit preparation and execution (internal, third-party, regulatory).
