Salary Information
Our salary for this position is competitive, reflecting the value we place on our employees' skills and experience. Based on national averages for similar roles, we estimate the annual salary to be around $45,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications and performance.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. Your duties will also include maintaining the appearance of our stores, both inside and out, and providing fast and friendly service to our customers. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work at a quick pace while remaining focused and motivated. As a Store Team Member, you will also need to be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems. Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and motivation to advance in your career.
