We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Coquihalla Gillis House in Merritt, B.C.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to patients in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Operate within the scope of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Coquihalla Gillis House is a one-storey, stand-alone complex care facility with 74 long-term care beds. The facility is wheelchair accessible and offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure, cultural charm, and western hospitality in the southern interior of British Columbia.
