Retail Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at OCO MART. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cash handling and reconcile discrepancies
- Supervise office staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
