Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join Exalted Construction Inc. team.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing metal parts and products using manual or semi-automatic equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in a dusty, hot environment
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding, handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Exalted Construction Inc. offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
