BMS Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Ltd is seeking a skilled Plumbing Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.

Requirements:

  • Plumber Trade Certification.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
