We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at AFOD LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. They will also conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products and prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. They will also have a strong understanding of MS Office, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating special publicity events and promotions, gathering and researching communications material, and preparing and/or delivering educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Gather and research communications material
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of MS Office, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail

Work Environment:

The Marketing Coordinator will work in an urban area with a fast-paced environment. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
