Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide physical accessibility accommodations, visual accessibility accommodations, auditory accessibility accommodations, and participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, assist with immediate settlement needs, support social and labor market integration, and recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
- Support for Youth: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, offer on-the-job training, and provide mentorship and coaching opportunities.
- Support for Veterans: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and provide cultural competency training.
