Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Go Auto. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing accurate estimates and recommendations for automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for their automotive needs
- Listens attentively to customers' concerns and goes above and beyond to understand the root cause of their vehicle troubles
- Asks insightful questions, showcasing superb investigative skills while maintaining a light and enjoyable atmosphere
- Translates complex automotive jargon into simple, understandable language, becoming a trusted expert for our customers
- Collaborates seamlessly with skilled technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommend services that meet our customers' expectations
- Keeps customers informed about their vehicle's progress and resolves any unexpected issues efficiently
- Multitasks effectively, handling phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and celebrating satisfied customers
- Built enduring relationships with customers, making them feel valued members of our automotive family
- Stays up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies to maintain knowledge and expertise
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for cars and contagious enthusiasm that inspires our customers
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, navigating complex situations with ease
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve automotive conundrums and find effective solutions
- Impeccable organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- Proficiency in computer skills to create estimates and process service orders accurately
- A valid driver's license is required for this role
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs is preferred
