About the Role
As a Key Holder, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting our furniture and home decor products;
- Ensuring a seamless after-sales experience by tracking deliveries and responding to customer inquiries;
- Assisting with inventory management and receiving shipments;
- Ensuring that our merchandise is displayed and our store is maintained to the highest standards;
- Performing other related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, including 1 year as a Key Holder;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers;
- A proven track record of sales results and positive leadership;
- A team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm for interior design, and a willingness to work collaboratively;
- A 40-hour workweek, with availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends;
- The ability to lift or move 65 pounds (30 kg).
