Job Title: Moving Van Driver - Transport Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Moving Van Driver - Transport Specialist to join our team at KNK Foam Corp. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transit.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
