Job Title: Functional Analyst, Finance

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our Finance team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with end-users and technical analysts to resolve incidents, perform regular service delivery activities, and monitor processing exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise in implementing Oracle solutions and maintain an in-depth understanding of the functional configuration and system flows.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents and service interruptions, and collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to identify workarounds, root causes, and fixes.
  • Contribute to solution design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-production support requirements.
  • Execute SQL database queries to assist in data analysis and proactively identify and consult on functional capabilities to improve service delivery processes.
  • Assess impacts of functional changes to the system and develop unit test plans to mitigate risk.
Qualifications:

The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec, certain roles are bonus eligible.
